Rochelle Paley joined the firm in 2003 as an associate. Ms. Paley has represented clients in individual and business bankruptcy proceedings over a period of 18 years. Prior to joining Nemeth & Associates Co., LPA, Ms. Paley was employed by CompliSource and the Cleveland law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff where she worked in the consumer finance department on issues related to mortgage lending. Prior to that, Ms. Paley was employed by the Cleveland law firm of Buckley, King & Bluso, where she worked in the bankruptcy, insurance litigation defense, corporate, and landlord/tenant areas. Ms. Paley has also maintained a private practice representing a major commercial landlord in landlord/tenant issues in the Cleveland/Akron metropolitan areas, and representing a Chapter 7 trustee in issues relating to consumer bankruptcy case administration.
Ms. Paley is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ms. Paley received a B.A. from Kent State University and a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board of Governors.
